Services
Five service lines across the life of your product data: rescuing legacy drawings, keeping product data current, and adding design and drafting capacity. Every job is quoted as a fixed-price work package or a monthly block of hours, against your standards.
Revision Change Work
Need a change on an existing drawing? We work your approved markups and change notices into the drawing, whether it's a CAD file or a scanned legacy print. On scans, we make the change directly on the image: geometry and notes updated in a matching style, revision block and revision letter updated, changes clouded to your standard. It's the fastest, lowest-cost way to keep legacy prints current.
Prefer to retire the scan? We can convert the sheet to CAD as part of the revision, so the next change is easy. All changes follow your approved markup or change notice.
PLM support
Getting drawings and part data into a PLM or PDM system, and keeping it right, takes hours most engineering teams don't have. We work inside your system or prepare data for it, under your procedures.
Data cleanup and migration prep: part numbers, revisions, descriptions, metadata and import-ready files
Loading and check-in: items, drawings, models and BOM links
Engineering change processing: drawing updates, revisions, BOMs and release paperwork for approved changes
BOM build-out from drawings and assemblies
Document control backlog: missing revisions, duplicates, unreleased drawings
Available as a fixed project or a monthly block of hours.
Paper documentation conversion
Flat files, filing cabinets and boxes of blueprints, vellums, mylars, sketches, parts lists and inspection records, turned into a digital library your teams can search.
Scanned, cleaned and saved as searchable PDF or TIFF
Consistent file names and a drawing index (number, revision, title, part number, sheet count, condition)
Recommendations on which drawings are worth converting to CAD
Originals handled carefully and returned in order
Large-format scanning arranged as part of the project, or work from your own scans.
CAD modeling and drafting
Everyday CAD capacity when your team is stretched.
Detail drawings and drawing cleanup to your standards
2D-to-3D conversion
Reverse engineering from physical parts (parts can be shipped to us)
Fixture and jig design for manufacturing
Drafting standards and template packages
Sustaining and aftermarket support: drawings for spare and service parts, obsolete-part replacements modeled from the original part or print
Raster Modernization
Scanned drawings are pictures. You can't edit them, measure them or reuse the geometry. We convert scanned prints (TIFF, PDF, JPG, aperture-card scans) into clean, layered CAD with real lines, dimensions and text.
Faithful conversion: matches the original sheet as drawn, for archive and reference.
Converted to your standard: redrawn to your title block, layers and drafting standard, with any drafting errors flagged for your review.
Geometry is built to the stated dimensions, not traced off the pixels, and every sheet is checked against the source. Delivered as DWG/DXF and PDF.
